1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the SX999 platform — including all games, betting markets, promotional offers and account features — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the SX999 platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the SX999 website at sx999.onl and any related services, mobile-accessible interfaces or promotional communications issued under the SX999 brand. They form the complete agreement between you and SX999 regarding your use of the platform.

2 Account Registration

• Notify SX999 promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Update your account information whenever it changes, to ensure your profile remains accurate.

SX999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

3 Age Verification

SX999 is strictly an 18+ platform. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, place bets or participate in any feature of the platform under any circumstances.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. SX999 may carry out age verification checks at any stage, including requesting a copy of your national identity card (CNIC) or other government-issued identification document. If it is determined that a player registered while under the age of 18:

• The account will be immediately and permanently closed.
• Any deposited funds will not be returned.
• Any winnings accumulated on the account will be forfeited in full.

4 Deposits and Payments

SX999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and compatible mobile wallets. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time — the current available options are displayed in your account's deposit section.

Deposits are credited to your SX999 balance as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment provider. For mobile wallet methods such as JazzCash and Easypaisa, this is typically instant. For bank transfers, processing time depends on the sending bank and may take up to one business day.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by account tier. VIP members at Gold and Platinum levels have higher deposit ceilings than standard accounts.

• You must only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing from another person's account is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• SX999 does not accept deposits from third parties or anonymous payment sources.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once they have been confirmed and credited to your balance. If you believe a deposit was processed in error, contact support with your transaction reference.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your SX999 balance are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This measure is in place to prevent financial fraud and ensure funds are returned to the verified account holder.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically processed within 24 hours for standard accounts; within a few hours for Silver, Gold and Platinum VIP members.
• Raast and Bank Transfer: one to three business days depending on receiving bank processing times.

Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits are shown in your account dashboard and vary by VIP tier.

Withdrawals may be temporarily held pending identity verification if your account has not previously completed a verification check, if the withdrawal amount exceeds a standard threshold, or if the account shows activity patterns that require review. SX999 will notify you if a withdrawal is held and specify what documentation or action is needed to release it.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

SX999 offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and game-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to terms at the time of issue, including wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.

General bonus conditions that apply to all SX999 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• One active bonus at a time per account. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. The required multiplier for each promotion is displayed when the offer is claimed.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any uncompleted wagering at the time of bonus expiry will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.
• SX999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time if abuse, exploitation or multi-accounting is detected.
• Free bets and free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to the terms of that specific offer. Winnings from free play may carry their own wagering multiplier before becoming withdrawable.

7 VIP Programme

SX999 operates a four-tier VIP programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Tier progression is based on cumulative qualifying activity across the platform over rolling assessment periods. The specific thresholds for each tier are displayed in the VIP section of the platform.

VIP benefits — including weekly cashback rates, withdrawal priority, transaction limit increases and dedicated account manager access at Gold and Platinum tier — are provided at SX999's discretion and may be adjusted. The following conditions apply:

• Cashback is calculated on qualifying net losses during the assessment period and credited as bonus funds, subject to a wagering requirement unless specifically stated otherwise for a VIP tier perk.
• VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. Players who do not maintain the minimum activity level for their current tier may be moved to a lower tier at the next review date.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, gifted or shared with another account.
• SX999 reserves the right to remove VIP status immediately if the account is found to have breached these Terms in any respect.

8 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on SX999 — including Slot Games, Live Casino tables, Fish Games, Bingo rooms and Sports Betting markets — are operated according to the rules specific to each game type. Live Casino outcomes are determined by real-time physical dealing and wheel spins conducted by live dealers. Slot, Bingo and Fish Game outcomes are generated by independent systems. SX999 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against individual players or accounts.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game session:

• Where a round result can be verified from server records, the recorded result will stand.
• Where a round result cannot be determined from server records, the bet stake will be refunded to the player's balance.
• SX999 will not be liable for losses arising from a player's own internet connection failure or device malfunction.

Bets placed in error — including on wrong selections or in incorrect amounts — are the responsibility of the player. SX999 does not reverse or void bets after they have been confirmed, except in the specific technical fault circumstances described above.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on SX999 and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account, or accessing another player's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical aid to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players in poker, Live Casino or any competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate winnings beyond what would result from normal play.
• Bonus abuse — including creating accounts specifically to claim promotional offers, structuring bets to minimise wagering risk while meeting bonus requirements, or other strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name.
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud or criminal conduct under applicable laws.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

SX999 may suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and has a zero or negligible balance.
• Fraud, money laundering or criminal activity is suspected in connection with the account.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.

If you wish to voluntarily close your SX999 account, contact support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method, provided identity verification requirements have been met and no pending bonus wagering obligations remain.

11 Limitation of Liability

SX999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain uninterrupted access, the platform does not guarantee that the service will be free from downtime, errors or technical interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SX999 will not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or deposits resulting from technical faults, network outages or interruptions outside SX999's direct control.
• Losses arising from a player's own internet connection or device failure.
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• Any decisions made by a player on the basis of information displayed on the platform, including game statistics, odds or historical results.

SX999's total liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the value of the bet or deposit directly involved in the relevant incident.

12 Privacy and Data
